Processed meeting summaries are generated in 20–30 seconds, but only for meetings that were recorded or transcribed. Meeting status updates automatically from Not Started → Processed → Sent.

Fully Editable Meeting Minutes

After selecting your processed meeting, an editable summary appears:
• Correct spelling errors
• Verify numeric values
• Edit descriptions and notes.
This ensures professional, polished minutes before sending.

Attendee Insights & Delivery Control

See who attended, how long they were present, and choose who receives the meeting minutes by toggling recipients on or off. Only attendees can be selected.

Smart Task Management

MeetingAI automatically extracts tasks, allowing you to:
• Assign tasks via a drop down list
• Adjust due dates (default is 7 days ahead)
• Delete unnecessary tasks with a single click

Attachment Support

Add supporting documents to your minutes with a simple file-selection action. Attachments will be included with your outgoing meeting minutes.

Email Preview & Sending

Preview the final email summary (not editable) before sending. Then send to selected attendees with one click.
