Transport Requisition App
Customer problem : Client had a paper-based system for transport requests for shared-use vehicles. Users needing transport would walk around with a form signed by their Manager, Department Head, then the Fleet Operator. This process took unnecessarily long, was not secure, lacked visibility and traceability. It also created confusion.
How we solved the problem : We created a Power App where users submit requests on the app, managers and approvers are notified by email. Managers then approve, decline or comment on the app. Thereafter drivers and fleet operators are emailed their itinerary. Reports can be extracted based on requestor, usage, vehicle or destination.

Employee Onboarding Power App
Customer problem : Client had an inefficient paper and email based system to for users joining, leaving or moving within the organisation to get access to Systems and Order Assets (Laptop, 3G Cards, etc.). Basically users had to print a form, get signatures and then scan and email to the next Department for action. New employees may need to wait for approvals and users leaving could do so without having returned assets.
How we solved the problem : We built a Power App and using Office365 identities and user roles, where Managers/Approvers select what the user needs. Thereafter relevant Departments are given tasks (notified by email) and tracked accordingly. Completed tasks are marked on the app so subsequent tasks can be assigned automatically!
